We recommend you set up automatic payments for your telemarketers through Wise. Taking care of your telemarketer is an important foundation to building the relationship between you and your marketer. If you have a technical problem with Wise, please let your telemarketer know right away.
All issues with payroll will be addressed by you, the agent. There are problems from time to time as you will be conducting international transfer of funds. We can't fix the problems but only instruct you on how to do it. Please review the instructions given on how to set up Wise. If needed, you can reach out to Dannie to get on a video call with you. We recommend that you stay in contact with your marketer via video (skype, Zoom, WhatsApp...) Audio only calls work, however they are not as effective in building a working relationship as a "face to face" conversation.
